On par with other great TE games. Fun and challenging with nice components and mechanics.
The life of the Amazonia is a fun game with fun decisions to make, bag building and beautiful animeeple. Great game! Highly recommended!
I was happy to get this during a black Friday sale. I've often felt the board was a bit cramped for the amount of pieces you get on it.
That said, for a mat labelled as "deluxe" I was a bit disappointed. There's no stitching on the edges to keep the material from fraying, and it's very thin. Closer to cloth thickness than what I expect from a neoprene mat. It's too thin to provide any help in picking up cards.
Either way, I have it now, and I'm happy to have it for the size if nothing else.
Barcelona is a good game although the different actions take a few plays to master so you are going to need to keep the rulebook close at hand for the first few games. Once the actions are mastered the game play flows quickly and there are many ways to score points so a win is never a sure thing until the final scores are tallied.
Apiary is a great game of medium weight. The rules aren't too hard to learn but the different starting factions and random tiles means every game is different. Solo play is as fun as multiplayer. A great game that will definitely make it to the table a lot.
