Historic characters from the American Wild West face off and write new legends across the face of history! Gather your gun, your mount, and your grit as you forge your path into the history books.

Western Legends is an open-world sandbox tabletop adventure for 2-6 players set in the American Wild West. Players assume the roles of historical figures of the era, earning their legendary status in a variety of ways: gamble, drive cattle, prospect for gold, rob the bank, fight bandits, pursue stories, become an outlaw, keep the peace. The possibilities are darn near endless.

Each player's turn starts with drawing poker cards and/or gaining cash. Then they choose three actions. Possible actions include: move on the map (how far depends on whether they have a mount), doing a location-specific action (such as mine for gold if they are at a gold mine, gamble if they're in a saloon, etc.), fight other players at the same location (either duel them, rob them, or arrest them if they're wanted), play poker cards that have action abilities, etc. Legendary Points (LPs) are earned based on the outcomes of many of these actions, and the winner is whoever has the most LPs at the end of the game.

Great sandbox game!

Great game that lets you try different things. The path to victory is not straight and may lead you on either side of the law. The game plays well at any count of player and has great artwork. Similar titles you might enjoy: Xia - Legends of a Drift System and Merchants & Marauders.

Played my friends copy and the next day, I had to get a copy for myself.

Such a fun Western game...

While I admittedly have not played Great Western Trail, or Carson City, this is such a fun game. I love the 'open' world feel of it. If you're used to playing games with a goal or specific task to complete, this one takes a bit to get used to because on your turn, it's like, "Hmmm, I think I will rob this bank, or should I pan for gold?." Then, on your next turn, you may upgrade your horse, or rustle cattle, or get caught by the sheriff, and when you get out of jail on your the turn after that, you are reformed and become a lawman. So much fun! Definitely a unique and fun experience with no real criticisms at this time after a couple plays. I played with 5 (goes up to 6) and it was starting to get a bit on the long side, but not boring yet. 6 players may start to feel long, but some turns involve all the players you gamble at the saloon, so there still might be some action even when it is not your turn. Either way, i don't regret this game!

You can play this with anyone, even grandma will love it. Great for travelling too.

Great Game for what it is!

This game is a micro cooperative filler game. It a fun filler game that fits in a mint tin. The theme is nice with each character and villian having humorous names that plays 1-4 people. With the variety of superheros and villians in this game its replayability is limitless. The components are nice also, with wooden mints and characters, the cards may be a little flimsy but overall it's a very nice game to throw in your bag and play whenever you have a bit if downtime. The solo play works also, you just pick 3 of the 6 superheroes to play yourself. On sale for €4.48 now you can't go wrong!

I love the mechanics of the game, the different race car categories and the infinite options of configuring different stages. I love it. It’s a wonderful addition to RallymanGT. The mechanics are different and innovative. Combining the 2 games in an RX race is a must. You won’t be disappointed.

Good easy family game

Nice, easy to play family game. Find the secret animal by giving other animals as clues. Nice, portable and short. Recommended.
